3100 block of o avenue northwest, cedar rapidsOfficers Found Several People There, Including One Person Who Reportedly Fired A Weapon And One Person Who Was Injured By The Gunshot. The Person That Was Injured Was Taken To The Hospital With Serious, But Not Life-Threatening, Injuries.
