Officer Was Found With 57 Bags Of Heroin And 31 Buprenorphine And Naloxone Sublingual Films, Police Said. He Was Charged With Possession Of A Controlled Dangerous Substance, Possession With Intent To Distribute And Possession With Intent To Distribute Within 500 Feet Of A Public Zone. Police Said Had A Single Bag Of Heroin, Was Charged With Possession Of Cds And Had An Active Warrant For His Arrest.
