Man shot in the neck steps from Bronx public pool: NYPD

Police said a man was shot a few steps from the entrance to a public swimming pool in the Bronx. According to the NYPD, shots were fired around 3:30 p.m. on Sunday afternoon on Fulton Avenue right outside the Crotona Park Pool.
