On Monday, August 4, 2025, at approximately 5:10 p.m., police responded to a call for a Sexual Assault in the Bluffers Park Road and Brimley Road South area. It is alleged that: the victim, an adult woman, was at the beach, in the water the suspect approached the victim and sexually assaulted her On August 4, 2025, Kobard Reginold, 43, of Brampton, was arrested and charged with: Sexual Assault He is scheduled to appear in court at the Ontario Court of Justice, 10 Armoury Street, Toronto, on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., in room 205.
