A 30-Year-Old Officer And A 30-Year-Old Suspect Were Hospitalized Following A Reported Shooting. The Incident Began During A Traffic Stop When The Suspect Allegedly Did Not Have Id. As The Officer Attempted To Detain The Individual, The Suspect Allegedly Pulled A Gun And Pointed It At The Officer. The Officer Stepped Back To Defend Herself, And The Suspect Fled. During Pursuit, The Suspect Reportedly Began Shooting At The Officer, Prompting Her To Return Fire. The Suspect Sustained Multiple Gunshot Wounds, And The Officer Was Grazed On The Back Of Her Head. Her Injuries Are Considered Non-Life-Threatening. View Source
