A 48 Year Old Person Was Arrested And Charged With Four Counts Of Distributing Or Possessing With Intent To Distribute Heroin-Fentanyl Within 1,000 Feet Of A School; Two Counts Of Distribution Of Opiate-Narcotic-Certain Stimulant/Heroin Within 1,000 Feet Of A School; Two Counts Of Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia; One Count Of Criminal Use Of Weapons; One Count Possession Of An Opiate-Opium-Narcotic Or Certain Stimulant; And One Count Of Manufacture-Planting-Cultivating A Controlled Substance.
