A 34-Year-Old Man, Sustained A Gunshot Wound To The Upper Body During An Altercation With Another Man Inside A Vehicle That Was Parked In The Parking Lot. The Injured Party Exited The Vehicle And Collapsed. Arriving Officers Performed First Aid Until The Man Was Transported To An Area Hospital Where He Later Succumbed To His Injuries. The Suspect Left The Area In A Separate Vehicle And Was Not Immediately Located.
