The Owner Was On His Way To Work When He Received A Notification On His Phone That The Building'S Metal Gate Was Open. Hpd Said The Suspects Did Make It Inside The Building, But It Is Unclear If They Were Successful In Taking Anything. The Business Was Said To Be Either Electric Or Hvac-Related. The Owner Said He Arrived And Saw The Two Suspects Inside, Who Then Approached Him, Before Shots Were Fired
