A Male Driving A Black Suv. A 15-Year-Old Was Shot In The Leg, And Two Bystanders Were Also Struck. A 4-Year-Old Was Hit In The Hand, And A 70-Year-Old Was Hit In The Leg. Police Say All Three Were Taken To A Nearby Hospital With Non-Life-Threatening Injuries.
