Officers conducted a traffic stop on US Hwy 280 near Office Park Drive. Driver was found in possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and drug paraphernalia. Driver arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
