18-year-old Aaron Jernigan of Dover arrested for using a pocketknife to threaten residents in Holly Hill Estates community on April 18 around 6:30 PM; loud verbal dispute escalated to brandishing a knife. Suspect fled before troopers arrived; identified through investigation. Located and arrested in Dover on May 5, 2026. Charged with three counts of felony aggravated menacing, one count of terroristic threatening, one count of disorderly conduct. Held on $16,100 secured bond at Howard R. Young Correctional Institution.
