Officers responded to a disturbance involving a group of intoxicated individuals. Driver Michael Brewbaker, 22, of Bumpass, drove recklessly toward officers then fled, initiating a pursuit ending in Stafford County near Butler Road. Firearm and empty alcohol containers recovered. Charged with assault on LE (2x), eluding police, DUI, reckless driving (2 counts), and driving while suspended. Held without bond.
