On April 10, 2026 at about 8:38 a.m., Ada County Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to a residence in the area of W. Highlander Rd. and S. Fruithill Pl. in Boise for a report of an assault involving a firearm. Preliminary information indicates the suspect, later identified as 58-year-old Daneen Miran, allegedly pointed a firearm at the victim. The suspect and victim are known to each other.
