Delaware State Police arrested Joseph Kleinen, 43, of Smyrna on felony drug and weapons charges following a traffic stop. Troopers recovered approximately 7.33 grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine and two concealed edged weapons; Kleinen, a person prohibited from possessing weapons, was charged with multiple felonies and released on $10,002 unsecured bond.
