Five people shot outside Virginia State University dormitories near Quad Annexes during welcome week. Suspect Camron Harris, 19, of Henrico found hiding in campus dorm closet 14 hours later and arrested on four counts malicious wounding and four counts use of firearm. One victim in critical condition; four with non-life-threatening injuries.
