Police: Angry customer shoots at Raleigh auto repair shop workers over billing dispute

Elvin Fields 54 of Henderson shot at auto shop employees at New Life Auto Care during billing dispute. Pulled pistol and shot at employee behind counter then fired into ground near 3 employees in auto bay. Arrested with two guns and bulletproof vest. No injuries. Charged with 13 counts including assault with deadly weapon and kidnapping.
