Three teens shot at a Lawrence Housing Authority property near Lawrence High School during school dismissal; a 13-year-old bystander was shot in the face. Three Lawrence teens were arraigned Sept. 24 on armed assault with intent to murder and firearm charges, per the Essex County DA.
