An 18-year-old was arrested after a victim's moped was stolen at gunpoint; the gun call came in from East Hooker Street and police seized a loaded firearm with 14 rounds on the 100 block of Clyde Street. The suspect faces charges including firearm-armed carjacking and assault and battery with a firearm. The moped was returned to its owner.
