Leicester police arrested Jose A. Delgado, 52, of Worcester, after he allegedly stole $879.08 in merchandise, including clothing, from the Walmart Supercenter on Soojian Drive; Delgado, who had an active Worcester District Court warrant for failing to appear, was charged with larceny under $1,200.
