A 36-year-old Bridgeport man was stabbed in the arm during a street fight; an officer applied a tourniquet and the victim underwent emergency surgery at Bridgeport Hospital. Yannick Williams, 36, of New Haven, was arrested near the train station with a bloodied knife and charged with first-degree assault.
