Salvatore and Holly Carovinci of Ocala, Florida, are charged with intentionally setting the July 25 fire that destroyed their property at 63 Shannon St in Fell Township for an insurance payout; Carbondale police responded to the fully involved structure fire about 1:30 a.m. Charges include arson, risking catastrophe, insurance fraud and criminal conspiracy.
