Manchester police investigating 15 incidents of antisemitic, racist and homophobic graffiti spray-painted on homes, cars and fences across three neighborhoods (Candia Road, Gabrielle Street, South Beech Street) overnight Friday into Saturday; incidents appear random; no arrests made.
