Nighttime prowler caught behind gate of abandoned Route 10 property, police say

Flying Hills man found trespassing after 11pm at abandoned Route 10 property previously targeted in telecommunications copper cable thefts. Cody G. Heim 35 was caught with backpack containing cutting tools including cordless copper-tubing saw battery-powered shears and wire snips. Charged with possessing instruments of crime loitering/prowling at nighttime and trespassing.
